Dr. Fryberg graduated summa cum laude from Washington State University with a degree in Zoology before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Southern California (USC). He completed a rigorous four year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of California, San Francisco at Fresno. As a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS), he upholds the highest standards of surgical expertise. He is also an active member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), Arizona Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons (AzSOMS), American Dental Association (ADA), Arizona Dental Association (AzDA), and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology (ADSA).
